Welcome to the game of Anonymous Mafia, a game for 15 players!
THE RULES:
1) Try to follow the SA rules here, too. Don't post like it's 4chan or /b/ just because you can't get banned for it, because if you do you're a shitheel and I'll find a replacement for you. That doesn't mean that you can't be jerks to each other, but "lol what a farking newb" is verboten.
2) To vote for a player, type "##vote PlayerX", and to unvote, type ##unvote. If a player gets a majority of the votes, they will be lynched. If no player gets a majority of the votes, there will be no lynch for the day.
3) Deadlines will be approximately 4 days for game days, and 24 hours for game nights. Getting in your night actions early is encouraged.
4) If you can communicate OOT, you may communicate by any means you want, including private messages in this forum. If you can't, don't talk about the game to anyone that might be in the game, and you are expressly not allowed to send private messages in this forum to anyone but myself. If you want to talk to someone, you have to do so publicly. Furthermore, after you die, DON'T TALK TO ANYONE ABOUT THIS GAME UNTIL IT'S OVER. Confirming that you are or were in the game is bad, so please don't do it, no matter how much you want to.
5) Don't make new threads unless you run it by me first, I'm just going to delete stupid shit. That said, if you want to make a new thread to discuss someone's roleclaim in a separate place, go nuts.
6) Normal rules of Mafia apply, including but not limited to: no Toxx clauses ("I will eat my hat if X isn't scum"), no truth-or-dare, no editing posts (honor system since this forum doesn't put the "fucked around with this message" thing on the bottom, but seriously DON'T EDIT YOUR POSTS), etc.
7) If I forgot something, ask.
GAME SPECIFIC RULES:
1) A vanilla town role PM looks like this:
You are vanilla town! You win all threats to the town are dead.
2) You are allowed to claim your SA name, but I strongly suggest you treat claiming your SA name as seriously, if not more seriously, as claiming your role. Revealing your identity for no reason is probably a bad idea. Posting like you usually post might be a bad idea too. Protect your identity!
3) Cardflips will be by player name, and not by SA name. The SA name list will remain the same throughout the game.
4) Changing your name or avatar isn't allowed.
